Mindful Living For Schools

Critical for the ability to learn is a student’s wellbeing—not just physical, but mental and emotional as well. There is no doubt that the wellbeing of our youth is directly related to their success in school and life. While there are lots of ways both children and adolescents can participate in after-school programs that enhance their education and perhaps their physical health, there are little or no programs that enhance the total wellbeing of our youth. That is why we have designed Mindful Living programs to bring wellness to these age groups—wellness in physical, mental, and emotional areas of their lives.
