Classes at Pathways

Classes are scheduled consistently weekly and we encourage our guests to stick to a weekly schedule for best results. However, they are offered on a drop-in basis so you can sample all the classes to find the best fit for you.

Nia is a motivating dance & movement practice for a mix of ages and abilities.
