Saturday Mornings | 8 – 9:15 a.m.
Delve into the zen arts with this class that has Martial arts/Tai Chi/boxing, training, Physical exercise/stretching, Meditation and mindfulness activities.
This is a non-competitive class. Their will be partner work but no sparring. The emphasis is on personal growth, physically, mentally and emotionally. Expect physical exertion to the point of sweating and raised heart rate. There will be a variety of mindfulness activities and meditative practices presented and taught
No Martial arts experience is necessary but martial artists are welcome!
The toughest opponent you will ever face is yourself!
Please wear comfortable loose clothing for ease of movement.
